Scaffolding

Scaffolding castors are purpose-built for mobile work platforms, aluminium tower scaffolds, pipe-frame trolleys, and mobile industrial ladders. The defining feature is a 32 mm bore stem — the universal standard for scaffolding tube OD — which slots directly into scaffold uprights without adaptors.

Load ratings run from 150 kg to 300 kg per castor, suitable for most single-bay and narrow tower scaffold configurations. Wheel options include solid rubber (for vibration absorption and grip on rough floors) and polyurethane (for quieter rolling on smooth warehouse and factory surfaces). Both side-brake (locks the wheel) and total-brake (locks wheel and swivel) configurations are stocked.

All scaffolding castors conform to the load and deflection requirements referenced in Malaysian OSH scaffold regulations and commonly accepted site safety standards. The heavy-gauge pressed steel yoke and thick swivel ring are built to withstand the lateral forces and shock loads typical of scaffold repositioning.
