Levelling Castors

Levelling castors combine the mobility of a swivel castor with the stability of a fixed levelling foot — push the equipment to position, then wind down the levelling pad to lock it level and take the load off the wheels. This eliminates the need for separate jacking and blocking operations on production machinery.
CastorTrade stocks levelling castor plates with threaded adjusters from M8 to M20, covering light workshop machines up to heavy CNC equipment. Adjustment range is typically 20–60 mm, sufficient to compensate for uneven concrete floors common in older Malaysian factory buildings. Bolt-hole levelling feet without the castor plate are also available for permanently positioned equipment.
Applications include CNC machining centres, laser cutting tables, packaging lines, and laboratory benches where vibration isolation and precise levelling are critical. All units are constructed from zinc-plated or stainless steel hardware for corrosion resistance in humid Penang factory conditions.
