Pallet Truck Wheels

Pallet truck wheels wear out faster than any other castor in a warehouse — every tonne of goods loaded multiplies the contact stress on the small-diameter load rollers and steer wheel. When a pallet truck starts pulling to one side, takes noticeably more effort to push, or leaves flat-spot marks on the floor, it is time for a wheel replacement.

CastorTrade stocks the two critical wear items: load wheels (the small tandem rollers that support the forks under load) and steer wheels (the single front wheel the operator pushes against). Nylon load wheels are the factory-fit standard on most Chinese and Taiwanese-built pallet trucks sold in Malaysia — they handle warehouse floors well and resist the oils and light chemicals common in storage environments. Polyurethane steer wheels and load wheels are the recommended upgrade for smoother operation on epoxy and polished concrete floors, and for reducing noise in temperature-controlled warehouses.
