Heavy duty castors are engineered for the most demanding industrial applications — machinery frames, automotive assembly rigs, steel fabrication platforms, and any mobile equipment operating at 250–1,000 kg per wheel (1,000–4,000 kg total for a four-castor configuration).

CastorTrade's heavy duty range uses precision double ball bearings as standard, with forged steel yokes and thick-gauge swivel rings built to sustain shock loads common in industrial environments. Wheel materials include MC nylon for extreme load capacity and abrasion resistance, polyurethane (PU) for quieter operation on concrete and epoxy floors, and solid rubber for vibration damping on uneven surfaces.

All heavy duty units are available in swivel, rigid, side-brake, and total-brake configurations. Selected SKUs carry ESD-safe (conductive) wheel compounds for semiconductor and electronics manufacturing environments in Penang's industrial zones. Plate sizes and hole spacings align with common Malaysian fabrication standards, minimising the need for custom adapter plates.
